5+ years experience in Administrative RoleConstruction Industry Knowledge and Experience a MUSTStrong Organization and Maintain Organized RecordsAbility to Multi-task and Manage TimeTechnical Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including OutlookQuickBooks Desktop ExperienceJobTread a Plus but not requiredProblem Solving to use resources and keep operations running smoothlyStrong Attention to DetailExcellent Typing SkillsResponsibilities Include :
Office Management : Ordering and managing office supplies, maintain office equipment, perform basic bookkeeping, pay approved bills, and expense tracking.Schedule & Meetings : Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate travel if needed.Documentation & Records : Draft, edit and proofread documents, reports, letters and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.Data & Organization : Perform Data Entry, manage data bases, and organize information to support team productivity.General Support : Assist with event planning, meeting plans, support staff members with administrative tasks, help maintain a smooth efficient work environment.Permit Management : Ensuring permits are pulled and communicating with town officials as neededCustomer Communication as needed.Invoicing and BillingManage other adminsGreat benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision with a retirement plan CONTRIBUTION of 2% after 1 year of service.
