The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.

Essential functions include supporting a strong commitment to world class customer service, demonstrating products to customers, replenishing product on shelves, remaining product expert through ongoing training, and keeping the work area clean and well stocked.

Experience / qualifications include a minimum high school education or equivalent experience. Knowledge, skills, and ability include calculating figures, communicating in a friendly and professional manner, and operating a Point of Sale register system.

Physical requirements include standing and walking constantly, occasionally ascending or descending ladders, communicating with others, operating machinery, and moving objects up to 100 pounds.

Independent judgment is required to complete work assignments and often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.

Starting pay rate : $15.50 - $17.75
