Traveling Superintendent- Mission Critical

Lead field operations for mission critical projects from groundbreaking to closeout. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Monitor progress, address any challenges, and provide timely solutions to maintain project schedules. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance. Manage daily reports and communicate updates to the project team and stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns proactively. Supervise and mentor on-site teams to achieve project objectives effectively.

The successful Traveling Superintendent- Mission Critical should have :

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects over $200M, ideally in the data center or mission critical space
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel extensively to various project locations as required.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
