Position Title : Associate Director, Learning Experience Design
Job Description :
The Associate Director of Learning Experience Design (LXD) provides strategic leadership and direction for the design and development of Westcliff University’s academic programs and course offerings across multiple modalities. This role oversees the learning experience design (LXD) team and serves as a key partner to academic and institutional leaders to ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality, and learner-centered educational experiences.
Reporting to the Sr Director of Academic Initiatives and Institutional Effectiveness, the Associate Director advances the university's academic quality by aligning curriculum design with institutional goals, accreditation standards, and emerging best practices in digital and experiential learning. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong strategic vision, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic and evolving higher education environment.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
Physical Requirements : This job requires normal physical mobility, including the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Normal hand-eye coordination; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp and lift up to 40 pounds, is also required.
