Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy and verification of invoices. This role involves comparing invoice details with corresponding purchase orders and goods received, managing the A / P inbox, and scanning invoices.

Qualifications :

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience processing over 75 invoices weekly.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with purchase orders.
• Experience in companies with over $25 million in revenue.
• Able to create Pivot Tables and Vlookups in Excel
• ERP Experience

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr.
