Physician / Family Practice / Illinois / Permanent / Family Medicine Physician opening south of Champaign, IL Job

Seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine physician as we plan for the retirement of a physician with a very large practice. Solo provider clinic, shares a building with a walk in clinic. Established practice currently covered by an APP.

• FM - $300,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• IM / Peds - $315,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
• Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
• 1 : 4 call
