Vendor Administration Manager
The Vendor Administration Manager will provide coordination of vendor on-boarding, updating and maintaining of vendor profiles, in addition to processing special projects. Vendors consist of independent contract real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, notaries, title agents and abstractors. The manager will also process, respond to and satisfy vendor compliance issues in a timely, consistent manner while ensuring accurate reporting.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will
- Maintain internal compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Own the client exclusion lists, including managing and auditing the process to ensure that client excluded providers are accurately matched and recorded in the system
- Analyze, interpret and evaluate the background checks for contract vendors, including independent assessment of reports for compliance with established policies and procedures
- Oversee the performance of the vendor administration team, including monitoring, training and reporting
