Job descriptionCompensation : General merchandising projects paid at $18.00 per hour Additional Projects : Higher rates for technical projects based on need W2 Employment : Bi-weekly pay schedule with direct deposit Retirement Savings : Optional 401(k) plan with company match Travel Reimbursement : Store-to-store drive time and mileage assistance Training : Paid training time provided to prepare for program success Time Off : PTO hours accrue each week you work Earned Wages : TapCheck available for early access to earned wages Experience : Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable Versatility : Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory Attention to Detail : Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams Independence and Teamwork : Comfortable working independently and with a small team Tech-readiness : Internet access, basic handheld tools, and a Wi-Fi / GPS-enabled smart device; laptop / desktop access is a plus Travel : Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; willingness to use the vehicle for role responsibilities Physical : Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Summary : Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Arden, NC and the surrounding area to enhance the retail experience by ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Store Visits : Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
- Placement and Maintenance : Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
- Clients : Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
- Scheduling : Work up to 20 hours per week, availability required Monday–Thursday; 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. No weekends or evenings
- Opportunity : Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling
- Reporting : Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
