UI / UX Designer

Location : NYC (Hybrid Day 1 Onsite)

Key Requirements :

• Strong experience in UI / UX design with expertise in Figma mockups
• Proficiency in standard UX tools (Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc.)
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS / SCSS, and JavaScript
• Experience collaborating with business / users to gather requirements and design complete user experiences
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
• Solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD), user research, usability testing, A / B testing, prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility standards
• Ability to iterate designs effectively and communicate design processes clearly
• Strong appreciation for design thinking principles
