Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

• Handle a variety of business litigation and employment defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings
• Assist with case strategy and client communication
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters
