Licensed Behavioral Health Coordinator

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrates knowledge of hospital and department standards for adult partial hospitalization programs

Collaborates with clinical team members regarding patient needs and treatment plans

Coordinates team member training and development for the program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a comparable human services field

Full licensure required or a Master's level Registered Nurse with board certification in psychiatric, mental health nursing

Demonstrated clinical competence in procedures and patient care

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Ability to utilize crisis intervention techniques when needed
