SNI Technology is hiring a Program Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a leading communications technology company based in Deerfield Beach, Florida . Position Overview
The Program Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of sales and engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise in engineering project delivery. Marine, manufacturing or telecommunications industry is highly preferred .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple moderate to large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate design elements and deliverables with engineering teams to meet specified objectives.
- Ensure all project activities align with contract requirements and support schedule, scope, and budget goals.
- Prepare and maintain complete project documentation, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct internal planning and tracking meetings to manage deliverables and timelines.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Sales, Quality, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
- Interpret contract specifications and resolve technical or contractual issues with stakeholders.
- Participate in client and internal meetings, addressing engineering and management issues as needed.
- Track and communicate project milestones, risks, and delays across teams.
- Identify process gaps, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronic, Systems Engineering , or related field preferred or equivalent experience.Experience supporting DoD or government programsExperience in Marine Communications Systems preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Visio , MS Outlook , MS Excel , and MS Word .PMP Certification preferred.Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong understanding of marine industry standards and regulatory requirements.Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check .Schedule & Benefits
