One of Addison Group’s nonprofit clients is seeking a Membership Database Specialist to support their CEO and team.

Job Details :

Title : Membership Database Specialist
Type : Contract
Length : Indefinite
Location : Washington DC – hybrid schedule
Rate / Salary : $25-30 / hr, depending on experience
Background Check : Yes – required

Candidate profile and qualifications

Experience in database management within association settings

Technical Skills : Proficient in CRM databases, specifically NetForum or Your Membership

Soft Skills : customer service oriented, proactive, ability to work independently

Education : BA / BS preferred, experience can compensate

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Facilitate a smooth transition to new database platform.

Assist in data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records throughout the transition process.

Provide support in generating reports and conducting data analysis to meet the organization's needs.

Serve as a liaison between internal staff and database vendors.

Utilize expertise in association database management to optimize database functionalities and workflows.

Participate in training sessions to ensure proficiency in using the new database system.

Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures related to database management and transition processes.
