One of Addison Group’s nonprofit clients is seeking a Membership Database Specialist to support their CEO and team.

Job Details :

  • Location :  Washington DC – hybrid schedule
  • Rate / Salary :   $25-30 / hr, depending on experience
  • Background Check :  Yes – required

Candidate profile and qualifications

  • Experience  in database management within association settings
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in CRM databases, specifically NetForum or Your Membership
  • Soft Skills :  customer service oriented, proactive, ability to work independently
  • Education : BA / BS preferred, experience can compensate
  • Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate a smooth transition to new database platform.
  • Assist in data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records throughout the transition process.
  • Provide support in generating reports and conducting data analysis to meet the organization's needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal staff and database vendors.
  • Utilize expertise in association database management to optimize database functionalities and workflows.
  • Participate in training sessions to ensure proficiency in using the new database system.
  • Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures related to database management and transition processes.
