What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as needed.Assist with incident documentation and maintain clear, concise records of daily activities and / or occurrences.Collaborate with facility staff and first responders during emergencies to provide assistance as directed.What We're Looking For :
