Senior Healthcare Recruiter (Sales)

Salary: $50-$55K plus Commission

THIS IS NOT AN HR POSITION! THIS IS AN INSIDE RECRUITING SALES POSITION WITH SALES RECRUITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ANY CONSIDERATION.

Duties:

• EXCELLENT customer care skills!Able to connect and relate to our nurses so that you can place them and develop a long-termrelationship.
• Build and maintain workflow within Slate as directed by management.
• Oversee the recruitment life-cycle process fromcandidate sourcing through the employment offer to ensure timely delivery of servicesboth internally and externally.
• Retain and build your own bench.
• Utilize an energetic, proactive and creative approach in talent acquisition with excellent personal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Creatively source and attract qualified candidates for key roles using strategic recruitingmethods.
• Collaborate with Hospital Administrators, Managers and other top decision-makers in the healthcare industry to implement a solution to their urgent and critical staffingneeds.
• Skillfully negotiate services and agreement terms.
• Establish and/or maintain advantageous relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidatepool.
• May assist hiring managers and candidates to ensure compliance with the companys policies and legalrequirements.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to match staffing needs and goals in a vibrantenvironment.

Must Haves for This Role:

• Bachelors degree OR comparable work experience.
• Minimum three (3) year of full cycle recruiting experience in healthcare agency industry.
• Ability to develop a passive candidatepipeline.
• Ability to self-manage daily activities and/or high-volumepositions.
• Ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers, including applicants, hiring managers, leadership, and vendors.
• Ability to manage a high volume of nurse contracts.
• Ability to work in afast-pacedenvironment who understands urgency.
• EXCELLENT people skills. This position requires a lot of relationship management with nurses and facilities. If youdontlike talking on the phone, this is not the position for you.

$50K - $55K base salary plus uncapped commission. With Slate's salary plus commission structure, the average take home is currently at $95K for junior recruiters and seniors make an average of $140K --- however there is never a limit. Commission is paid out WEEKLY. There is no cap with commission thus you are able to take home well into six figures.This position is structured for a seasoned Travel Nurse Recruiter who has and will make six figures. All others need not apply.
