Senior Manager, Product Marketing

About the Role

Best Buy Ads is building a world-class retail media network that connects brands with millions of tech-savvy customers through data-driven campaigns. Were looking for a Senior Manager Product Marketing to lead how we position and communicate our advertising solutions to clients.

This leader will focus on sales enablement materials that bring our ad products to life for clients. Theyll work closely with the Product team to maintain strong product knowledge and translate capabilities into clear compelling marketing tools for Salesincluding product decks one-pagers and tailored narratives.

This role is hybrid which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain product marketing materials such as decks one-pagers and FAQs that clearly communicate the value of Best Buy Ads offerings.
• Serve as a primary marketing partner to the Sales team ensuring they are equipped with the tools and messaging needed to drive client conversations.
• Stay closely connected to the Product team to understand new capabilities and translate them into client-facing narratives.
• As needed serve as the product expert in and on sales meetings and calls
• Provide marketplace intelligence (i.e. client feedback) to Product team to ensure Best Buy Ads continues to develop best-in-class solutions
• Manage multiple projects and timelines ensuring high-quality output and alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a small team of marketers fostering a culture of clarity creativity and accountability.
