Ultrasound Technologist – Upper East Side

Location : Upper East Side, NYC

Hours : 35 per week

Salary : $53.08–$66.87 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000

Position Summary :

Under general guidance, performs diagnostic sonography, assists with invasive procedures utilizing ultrasound guidance, and manages data collection and organization of the ultrasound rooms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform sonograms and procedures requiring ultrasound guidance (core biopsies, FNAs)
• Support patients and physicians during exams
• Maintain ultrasound rooms, equipment, and inventory
• Assist with training staff and implementing departmental procedures
• Ensure patient safety and follow infection control standards
• Input and manage patient records accurately
