Job Title : Production Workers

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker in South San Francisco. You will play a crucial role in preparing and assembling products to specification while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble products to specification.
• Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely according to standards.
• Maintain a scheduled production to meet team business goals.
• Maintain regular and consistent punctual attendance.
• Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues.
• Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
• Work overtime as required, even on short notice.
• Work on a flexible schedule based on production needs; starting time may vary up to 2 hours before or after.
• Perform basic math skills.
• Operate manual and automated processing equipment.
• Communicate to management when there is an issue, whether work-related or personal.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform other duties as required.

Work Environment

This role is based in a bakery setting where some areas are colder while others are warmer. Comfort with a GMP environment is necessary. Work shifts can start as early as 1 : 00am and as late as 8 : 00pm, and may vary by one hour.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
