About the role
Prepare delicious, resident‑centered meals that nourish body and soul.
Deliver a five‑senses dining experience in a positive, learning‑focused kitchen.
What you’ll do
Prepare and present quality meals per menus and standards
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control
Assist with inventory, labeling, storage, and organization
Support special diets and menu execution
Engage residents to gather feedback
Skills & attributes
Creative cooking and presentation
Calm under pressure; strong sanitation habits
Varied techniques; eager to learn
Customer service focus; teamwork
Adaptable to resident needs
Relatable experience
Culinary roles in healthcare / hospitality
Programs serving seniors or vulnerable populations
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age
Culinary education / experience
Current negative TB test; background check clearance
