Physical Therapist

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations.
• Current BLS

HOURS :

Full-time days : Monday-Friday 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

Pay period : Monday through Sunday.

Please note if the traveler accepts this offer, the agency must provide proof of the following Employment and Health Requirements at least (5) FIVE business days prior to their contract start date. Failure to provide items in their entirety to Human Resources at JCHC could prevent the agency contractor from starting on the agreed-upon contract start date.
