Responsibilities :

• Perform high-quality mammography and radiologic imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards
• Oversee daily operations of the mammography department, ensuring workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and support technologists and staff to maintain quality and compliance standards
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of mammography equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to deliver accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain patient records and uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
