About the Role

As a Multi-Unit Retail Store Manager , you will lead and oversee three stores, driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operations.

Locations : W.Roxbury, Natick, Waltham

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all locations
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and timely feedback to maximize sales potential
  • Build an inclusive, collaborative team culture that inspires results

    • Customer Experience

  • Deliver an engaging and personalized shopping experience for every customer
  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards across stores
  • Implement selling strategies that elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty

    • Operational Excellence

  • Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and expense control
  • Manage scheduling to maximize productivity and sales
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Handle store opening / closing routines, deposits, and shipments

    Requirements : Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail management experience (multi-store or district management a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing teams
  • Business acumen with experience in P&L management and retail metrics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel locally between stores
  • Comfortable leading in an adult retail environment while fostering an inclusive and respectful experience for all customers

    • Availability

    This is a full-time leadership role that requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key retail events.
