Key Responsibilities
Host live daily "Ask a Trainer" sessions to assist customers with product-related questions
Deliver consultative training sessions that help customers understand the platform's features and their applications
Engage customers in discussions to assess marketing goals and recommend tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, onboarding, or customer success role (preferably in a SaaS or marketing technology environment)
Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices
Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions in a live, interactive format
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master and teach new software tools
Customer-focused educator with a passion for helping businesses grow through effective marketing
