We’re seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to support our expansion and drive new business within the Los Angeles market. You’ll begin in a coordinator role focused on outreach and lead generation, with significant room for growth into a full sales and project management position.
This is an in-office role when not on the road, working closely with our team to support day-to-day operations and client engagement.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach (Primary Focus)
- Identify new opportunities across architects, designers, builders, developers, and creative firms
- Drive outbound outreach, follow-up, and CRM organization
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients
- Earn lead-gen commission for qualified leads that convert
Sales Support
Prepare presentations, samples, proposals, and follow-up materialsAssist in coordinating office visits and client meetingsSupport the sales team in advancing deals through the pipelineProject Coordination
