In this hands?on role, youll design and support hybrid infrastructure while driving our journey to cloud?native services. Youll play a critical part in optimizing Microsoft 365, enhancing collaboration, and building secure, scalable systems across both on?prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage hybrid infrastructure (Windows / Linux, VMware / Hyper?V, AD, DNS, storage).
• Drive cloud adoption and migration to Azure while optimizing Microsoft 365.
• Enhance collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
• Implement IAM best practices (Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA).
• Partner with security teams to harden and secure hybrid environments.
• Mentor IT staff and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
