We seek an experienced Full-time Resilience Officer, Supervisor, with high integrity and professionalism to join our team at Surefox.

You will work on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of Program Management for our top clients. Supervisors are appointed based on their ability to uphold standards, proficiency in post orders, policies, company expectations, and additional duties. They must demonstrate leadership, initiative, time management, and knowledge.

As a Resilience Officer, Supervisor, you will act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients, providing emergency response and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, medical and non-medical issues, staffing, client requests, and initiating incident reports when necessary. Attention to detail and observation skills are essential. We encourage veterans and military reserve candidates to apply. Please note, we are not offering visa sponsorship at this time.

Hourly rate : $30.00 - $32.50

What You Will Do :

• Conduct professional communication with management and team members.
• Conduct shift briefings and debriefings.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and security teams.
• Ensure proper signing out and in of post equipment, and conduct inspections.
• Provide officers with necessary information and resources, including access to SOPs, logs, and other tools.
• Perform security patrols and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Manage employee schedules, breaks, and attendance issues.
• Respond to incidents, assume incident command as needed, and document changes.
• Coordinate deployment changes and update coverage via email.
• Manage call-offs, late arrivals, and other attendance issues.
• Serve as training coordinator and conduct on-site training and post-checks.
• Cover open posts as needed and manage time-off requests.
• Advise team members on procedures and escalate cross-departmental issues.
• Promote employee development through the Surefox Counseling Program.
