Job descriptionSetting up welding machines and equipment Reading and interpreting blueprints Performing welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations Inspecting finished work to ensure accuracy and quality Fabricating custom parts as needed Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products Install and repair equipment and components Calculate material measurements to verify specifications Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance Operate additional machinery such as forklifts (as needed) Perform other duties as assigned 2–3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or related manufacturing work Proficiency with welding tools, techniques, and procedures Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and follow verbal instructions Physically capable of handling the demands of the job Experience welding aluminum (1+ year preferred)

Position : Welder / Fabricator
Location : St. Louis, MO
Pay : $32–$36 per hour (DOE)
Hours : 40–50 hours per week | Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Requirements :
- Up-to-date welding certificates (up to 4G)
- OSHA 10 or higher certification (required)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Active driver’s license
