Schedule : 32 Clinical Hours + 8 Admin Hours / Week

Practice Family Medicine in the Heart of Alaska

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a 14-provider team in the largest and most comprehensive locally owned clinic in the state.

This is an opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine within a collaborative, highly experienced team in a setting that encourages hands-on care, strong relationships, and community impact.

Position Highlights :

Patient Panel : Full-scope care from newborns to end-of-life; average of 18 patients per day

Work Schedule : 32 patient-facing hours and 8 admin hours per week

Time Off : 7 weeks ATO + 2 weeks CME

Team Support : Physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, virtual scribes, pharmacists, and dedicated admin staff

Compensation :

$300K guaranteed base salary (year one)

$350K $400K average annual compensation (base + productivity)

$65K sign-on bonus

$10K annual physician quality incentive

CME : $5,000 annual allowance + licensure and credentialing reimbursement
