Description
BMA is seeking a RCRP / DPAS Analyst- Team Lead to join our team. This position is in Williamsburg, VA and is contingent on contract award.
Job Summary
- The RCRP / DPAS Analyst Team Leader manages all readiness, cost, and accountability reporting activities under the Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP) and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse Module.
- This role integrates data from multiple Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSRs), including OMMS-NG, CDMD-OA, EXMIS, JCM, and MBPS, to produce accurate, real-time reporting of NAVELSG's material posture.
- The Team Leader directs analysts who reconcile inventory, validate configuration data, and develop TABLEAU dashboards supporting command-level readiness assessments.
- The position requires expert knowledge of TOA structure, facility and assembly modeling within DPAS, and proficiency in correlating equipment status to readiness metrics derived from DRRS Mission Essential Tasks.
- The analyst lead ensures compliance for all RCRP performance measurement, maintains audit-ready documentation, and trains subordinate staff on data validation and configuration control standards.
- This position directly supports NAVELSG's ability to track readiness, cost, and availability across both Active and Reserve components.
- Manage daily data synchronization between RCRP, DPAS, OMMS-NG, CDMD-OA, and MBPS.
- Validate readiness and cost data, generate standardized dashboards, and track MET-based metrics.
- Train and supervise RCRP and DPAS analysts on data governance, version control, and audit protocols.
- Produce Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and readiness trend analyses for government review.
- Support RCRP TABLEAU development, data visualization, and cross-command reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with NECC and NAVELSG data-management policies.
Clearance Requirements
There is a Secret security clearance requirement for this position at the time of proposal submission.
Required Skills & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field. Associate's Degree and / or combination of directly related military service may be considered as well.5 + years of DoD data analytics experience with 3 + years in a lead role.Proficiency in DPAS-WM / ELMS, RCRP (ERAS), and TABLEAU or Power BI.Familiarity with DoD APSRs (CDMD-OA, OMMS-NG, JCM, MBPS).Strong statistical and visualization skills with an understanding of TOA readiness relationships.U.S. Citizen; Active SECRET Clearance required.Annual Cyber Awareness and Information Assurance training per DoD 8570.01.Desired Skills & Certifications
