Work alongside board-certified critical care physicians and acute care-trained advanced practice providers to provide care to patients in the 28-bed ICU. Qualifications Board-certified acute care trained Nurse Practitioner with unrestricted license. Minimum of 3 years of post-training ICU APP experience, including prior and current ICU practice. Licensed to practice in Texas. Authorized to work in the U.S. Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling PRN – No set monthly shift commitment, offering flexibility to schedule shifts as available and based on program need and your availability. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical / surgical / cardiac / neuro ICU patients. Demonstrate autonomous care within an ICU setting with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists; demonstrate ability to work autonomously and multitask within the critical care team Commit to excellence in the clinical service and demonstrate problem-solving abilities necessary to best serve our patients.
