Bilingual Japanese Us Equity Sales Assistant
Prestigious International Financial Institution seeks an Equity Sales Assistant in its US Equity Sales Team.
Responsibilities include :
- Supporting sales team for market daily news, translation on Company financial statements (BS, PL, Cash flow and Marketable Securities statements, etc) analysts earning models and research memos / Q&A from English to Japanese and vice versa
- Act as primary resource to multiple institutional investors in supporting client relationships for the US equity team
- Interacting with clients, senior management and personnel of numerous internal departments on a daily basis.
- Administrative support of senior sales, including calendar management and travel arrangements, creating client and presentation reports, maintaining client files, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and client contact information
- Fielding and responding to client inquiries and requests
