Finish Line Staffing NOW HIRING : Electrical Foreman

Pay : $35 / hr

Per Diem : None

Hours : 40 / week (OT possible)

Work : Commercial – New Construction

Job Length : ~1.4 years

Location : Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily electrical operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise journeymen and apprentices.
• Ensure work meets NEC standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
• Manage materials, tools, and jobsite resources efficiently.
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding progress and issues.
• Maintain schedules, track productivity, and ensure deadlines are met.
