Responsibilities Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and legal options. Participate in mediation and arbitration processes as needed. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in California. Proven experience in litigation with a strong understanding of court procedures. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
