A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud (REMOTE- US).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Service Cloud technical lead for administration, deployments, and sandbox environment management
Provide Salesforce technical support to internal analysts and customer community users, and guide configuration and solution design
Manage security layers related to Service Cloud and lead data migration efforts related to M&A activity
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in MIS or a relevant field of study
A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Experience in all areas of the Salesforce development lifecycle including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and support
Proficiency in best practices for security, configuration, and deployments on the Salesforce Platform
Experience with the Copado Dev Ops platform and third-party Salesforce tools such as Coveo and GetFeedback is preferred
