Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid / Remote - Hawthorne, CA

An established independent insurance brokerage is searching for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team! This agency has two decades of industry success and highly focuses on creating a supportive environment for its employees and ensuring every client feels valued!

The Fun Stuff :

Annual salary of $70,000 - $100,000, with additional commission opportunities
Hybrid work schedule or the option of working fully remote

Preferred Qualifications :

Active Property & Casualty license

Experience : 4+ years of commercial lines account management

Agency Management Systems : Applied Epic

Book of Business Management : Efficiently manage an existing portfolio of commercial accounts

In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

The Position :

Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service

Prepare and provide quotations for both new and existing clients

Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client

Responsible for marketing new and renewal business

Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers

Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns

Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters

Work closely with underwriters to facilitate the issuance of insurance certificates

Assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with the producer

Performing other job-related duties as assigned
