We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Worker to join our team and support our logistics and supply chain operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently process incoming purchase orders and manage inventory using a computerized MRP system.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming purchase orders using a computerized MRP system.
• Accept deliveries, label items, and stock materials in designated inventory locations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and labeled inventory storage areas.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and unload freight shipments.
• Communicate discrepancies to the Supervisor or Supply Chain team.
• Collaborate with the supply chain department and support team initiatives.
• Participate in training new personnel and support LEAN / HPT practices.
• Consistently follow 5S and safety protocols.

Work Environment

Work in a mixed-use facility featuring assembly stations, machines, a warehouse, and R&D labs. The team operates lean due to dynamic supply chain conditions. Safety equipment such as PPE, safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and smock are provided. The role is part of a close-knit team with a focus on reliability, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Rohnert Park, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
