Key Responsibilities :

Assessing clients upon admission

Conduct thorough assessments and monitor clients' progress

Administer prescribed medication

Enhance patients' coping skills

Educate clients and their families about health management and wellness strategies

Respond to and manage crisis situations with compassion and expertise

Current RN license in good standing with the Indiana State licensing board

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience in mental health or community health settings preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
