Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry\nLocation : Neptune, New Jersey, 07754\nShift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM | 3x12s | Every Other Weekend Required | 3 of 6 Holidays Required | No On-Call\nDuration : 13 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension)\n\nPosition Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry to provide exceptional patient care within a collaborative acute care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced medical-surgical / telemetry setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care according to patient needs and clinical standards.\n
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes for assigned patients.\n
• Initiate and coordinate individualized patient care based on diagnoses and nursing frameworks.\n
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and monitor patient responses.\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with hospital policies.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, efficient, and high-quality care.\n
• Support continuous improvement and evidence-based clinical practices.\n
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards.\n
• Perform other related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n
• Experience : Minimum of 2 recent years of relevant Med Surg / Telemetry experience (required).\n
• Licensure : Active New Jersey RN License or Compact Multistate RN License (required).\n

• BLS (American Heart Association – required prior to start)\n
• NIHSS Certification\n
• Telemetry Certification\n
