Our Sturtevant, WI location is part of our Meat Division and creates dry seasoning blends for meat and snack items that spice up the life of Kerry customers. Main Objective
Provide site leadership for food safety and quality in alignment with Kerry corporate policies and ensuring that all products meet or exceed our customer expectations.

Effectively manage the food safety and quality system at site which shall include HACCP and Food Safety Plan review, Prerequisite Programs, GMP's, GLP's, Pest Control, Sanitation, and other programs as required by Kerry.

What Will You Need To Be Successful?
Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or related.
Minimum 5 years of quality management experience within a manufacturing setting.
Food industry experience preferred but open to pharmaceutical as well.
Strong leadership & people management skills.
SQF, HACCP & PCQI certifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP (nice to have).
The typical hiring range for this role is $91,404 to $154,009 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
