Pharmacist Position At Thrifty White Pharmacy

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We provide top-notch service in areas including pharmaceutical consulting, disease state management, medication therapy management, and administration of immunizations. Our primary responsibilities include :

• Providing excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Championing Thrifty White programs to patients and assisting with enrollment.
• Dispensing medications, related supplies, and providing clinical pharmacy services.
• Leading, directing, and supervising the pharmacy staff in the managers absence.
• Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structuring and organizing workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
• Developing and following up on long-term care business through communication with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Identifying long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicating them with marketers.
• Able to learn and implement new and changing technologies.
• Maintaining flexibility in new or changing work roles and modification of job responsibilities.
• Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
