We are looking for a Pediatric Secretary who will be responsible for handling front desk operations, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service to families and patients. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Greet patients and families warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with pediatricians and nurses.
• Manage patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
• Handle insurance verification, billing inquiries, and copayment processing.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assist with medical documentation and correspondence as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
