Assistant Store Manager

Our Retail Operations team rewrites the rules of traditional retail with immersive, tech-driven experiencesideal for a dynamic leader who balances people development with operational precision. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver standout customer moments that keep Samsung top of mind.
Role and Responsibilities
What You'll Own
- Sales-First Culture Champion a revenue-driven environment by leading SFL / MOD roles and modeling personal sales performance.
- Sales & Operational Support Partner with the Store Manager to hit sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement action plans that drive growth.
- Experience Excellence Execute immersive demos, workshops, and promotional eventsensuring every customer leaves informed, delighted, and inspired.
- Team Coaching & Development Mentor Brand Ambassadors through real-time feedback, training, and recognition programs that build capability and confidence.
- Floor Leadership Lead the sales floor during peak hours, ensuring smooth customer flow, team alignment, and operational compliance.
- Talent & Scheduling Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling associatesmaintaining optimal coverage and a culture of accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Store Technology, Repairs, Visual Merchandising, and Corporate Support to ensure seamless store operations and SOP compliance.
- Opening & Closing Procedures Execute all opening and closing tasks and work required hours during holidays, launches, and other peak seasons.
Skills and Qualifications
What You Bring
Retail Pro 4+ years in big-box or specialty retail, with 2+ years in a supervisory or advanced associate role.Preferred : Consumer Electronics Savvy You understand smartphones, wearables, and connected ecosystemsand can convey their value to customers.People-First Coach You're an exceptional communicator and mentor, adept at motivating teams to exceed expectations.Analytical & Action-Oriented You leverage data to guide decisions and take swift action to capitalize on opportunities.Adaptable & Collaborative You thrive in a fast-paced environment and partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams.What We Offer
