Architectural Project Manager

Overview

Our progressive Architectural Team at our San Antonio, TX office seeks a talented Project Manager with experience in team leadership, direction, programming, design, coordination, technical execution / oversight, and client relationship. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability of Project Architect, Project Manager and / or Program Manager responsibilities, and a diversified knowledge of architectural principles and practices. Experience with Educational (K12 and / or Higher Education) projects is required, and Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
• Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
• Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
• Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
