Job descriptionDefine and oversee the roadmap and workstreams (Azure, M365, Entra ID) Lead complex IT programs across teams, vendors, and stakeholders Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and reporting Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery Mentor cross-functional teams to foster growth and high performance Ensure organizational change and business readiness for smooth adoption Champion continuous improvement across delivery and operations 10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, with enterprise-scale programs Deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) Proven success delivering programs on time, within scope, and budget Strong stakeholder, vendor, and partner management skills Familiarity with traditional and SAFe delivery frameworks Experience with commercial software package solutions and minimal customizations Experience with MS products such as Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing) Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience Microsoft Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer Competitive Compensation You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $150,000$170,000 annually or $87$97 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
