Casualty Associate Adjuster
Our Casualty Claims team is currently seeking early in career talent to join our Claims Development Program in our Itasca, IL location. This is a full-time non-exempt role.
Position Overview : The Casualty Associate Adjuster is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of casualty claims in alignment with policy provisions, industry best practices, and applicable jurisdictional regulations. This role involves accurate input and management of claim data, as well as providing clear guidance to insureds and claimants throughout the claims process and available options.

What You Need To Apply : Bachelor's degree required, degree in insurance or risk management and 0-3 years of relevant work experience preferred. Demonstrates foundational knowledge of insurance concepts (preferred) with the ability to steadily build proficiency Ability to operate a personal computer and standard office equipment efficiently. Capable of sitting and / or standing for extended periods during the workday. Flexibility to work on-site as required by business needs. Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for the role. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and occasionally high-pressure environment. Ability to perform duties in environments that may include moderate noise levels. Must maintain a reliable, high-speed home internet connection to support remote work responsibilities.
