Registered Dental Assistant

Experienced Lead RDA – No New Graduates

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to help lead our back office. Our practice was recently purchased and is undergoing restructuring.

The ideal candidate must be able to perform all RDA functions independently without assistance and ensure smooth, efficient back-office operations.

Required Duties & Qualifications:

• Active California RDA license
• 5+ years of RDA experience (no new graduates)
• Lead or supervisory experience required
• Ability to independently assist in restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, prosthodontic procedures, and implants
• Ability to perform reline adjustments for partials and dentures
• Experience with digital X-rays, impressions, temporaries, sterilization, and OSHA/CDC compliance
• Strong leadership, organization, professionalism, and communication skills
