Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working in large enterprises. Expertise in writing functional & non-functional requirements. Strong logical reasoning & problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with JIRA and other requirement management tools. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Job Description : Business System Analyst (Healthcare Domain)
Location : Atlanta, Richmond, Mason, Norfolk (Onsite - 3 days per week)
Experience : 8-10 years
Industry : Healthcare, Pharmacy, Provider
Job Overview :
The is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with a strong healthcare background to support large enterprise projects in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders , define technical and functional requirements, analyze issues, and drive end-to-end business solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements.
- Create EPICs, user stories, and mapping documents .
- Work with developers to relay technical requirements and review solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis for reported issues and document findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business process changes .
- Utilize JIRA and other tools for tracking and requirement management.
- Analyze UAT & production issues and provide solutions.
