Overview
Our client is looking for a Level II Product Support Engineer that can handle the following duties and responsibilities for the company :
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and develop tool efficiencies for customers by becoming an expert in the company platformTechnical troubleshooting, develop and document solutions, S / FTP data transfers and create / reproduce escalation cases to Engineering teamsSuggest various service and product enhancementsRequirements for the Role
2+ years technical support for SaaS-based softwareExperience with Linux text processing toolsNice to Haves :
Basic coding experience in any language : Java, C++, Python, Perl, Bash, etc...MongoDB, Hadoop, or Atlassian product experienceAWS- working knowledgeAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
