A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with K12 clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet clients' needs and achieve sales targets
Maintain records of client interactions and engage in regular performance discussions with management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, education, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably in K12 education
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
In-depth knowledge of the K12 education landscape and professional learning requirements
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
