RN Home Health - Shelbyville, KY- Local or Traveler

13 weeks

FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

30 units per week

home health required

HCHB desired

The service area will be primarily Franklin county but possibly assisting in Shelby and Henry counties if needed.

On call is optional.

Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Skills

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required

OASIS Experience - Required

Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required

CHPN certification - Preferred

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license - Required

Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required

2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required

Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
